How I Lost 10 Pounds in 2019

This year I feel was my first true year on my postpartum fitness journey. I attributed my 10 lbs weight gain to Hashimotos, but in retrospect I now realize it was a common post-breastfeeding set back. In November 2018 I weighed in at my highest of 148.2 lbs, and one year later I weighed in at my lowest at 134.8 lbs, a 134.8 lbs loss.

Two years, two months, and two weeks ago I sought Two years, two months, and two weeks ago I sought an accountability partner within the Beachbody / Portion Fix community. @thatveganrunner reached out, told me to text vs. use Messenger, and we’ve literally communicated every day since. So much so she flew out from Washington to join me in a mud run this weekend! This girl has become my best friend and I’m so happy we’ve finally been able to meet in person. I told her when we come to Washington I need to schedule it around a Wings vs Seattle Kraken game. 😆
