You know how some people choose a word for the year instead of making New Years resolutions? Well my word apparently this year was inconsistency. With 2023 right around the corner, I’ve started reflecting on this year’s workouts and brainstorming what to do next year.

How I Lost 10 Pounds in 2019
This year I feel was my first true year on my postpartum fitness journey. I attributed my 10 lbs weight gain to Hashimotos, but in retrospect I now realize it was a common post-breastfeeding set back. In November 2018 I weighed in at my highest of 148.2 lbs, and one year later I weighed in at my lowest at 134.8 lbs, a 134.8 lbs loss.
