Ladies and gentleman (but mostly ladies because let’s be honest, this is a mom blog), I have some exciting news I’d like to share! I would to formally introduce myself as your newest Beachbody Coach!

What is Beachbody?
First off, I don’t mean to sound “salesy”. I’m just excited about this opportunity and the journey I am embarking on to get into shape and be the best version of me.
If you haven’t heard of Beachbody, I’m positive you’ve heard of their many fitness programs like P90X®, INSANITY®, 21 Day Fix® or even their product Shakeology. These are what I’m using to help get me into shape and become a fit mom!
Personally I’ve chosen to start with the P90® program, and I’m drinking Shakeology daily as a meal replacement. I can’t wait to share my results as well as my favorite Shakeology recipes.
Let’s be honest…
What prompted me to become a Beachbody Coach was the awesome discount on Shakeology (yes, you can become a Coach just for the discounts). As a working mom with infant twins, meal prepping more often than not falls on the back burner. BUT! Then I thought to myself, why not just carry through with coaching? I created this blog to connect with, motivate, and inspire other moms who are also looking to get fit, so what’s the difference between calling myself a health & fitness mommy blogger or calling myself a Beachbody Coach?
I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say, “Because of you, I didn’t give up.”
I want you to know…
Whether you choose to use Beachbody programs and products or not, I’m here to help coach you, to motivate, and to hopefully inspire you.
