You know how some people choose a word for the year instead of making New Years resolutions? Well my word apparently this year was inconsistency. With 2023 right around the corner, I’ve started reflecting on this year’s workouts and brainstorming what to do next year.
Back when I started my fitness journey, I only had two measly pairs of dumbbells, a Wii Fit, and a Jillian Michaels DVD. Now I have a variety of dumbbells, Peloton, bench, and more. I recently acquired two new pieces, which inspired me to write this post sharing what I regularly use and what I’ve wasted my money on.
Dare I say it, but I’ve outgrown Beachbody. It’s served its purpuse in my health & fitness journey for 4 1/2 years now; however, this year I started to get a sour taste with the company as a whole. During that time Peloton really started to hit my radar.
