Realness post... I gained weight this year. About Realness post... I gained weight this year. About a good 5 lbs and 4”. 😒 I know 2020 has been a $h!t show year, but it’s time to retake control of the things I CAN control.

Today I commenced 9 Week Control Freak, a brand new home workout program. I also decided to start tracking macros again (with Ultimate Portion Fix as my foundation). I took a mental break from tracking this year, but am ready to start utilizing it again as a nutrition tool.

Day 1 may be in the books, but I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me. Stay tuned!

Tried two new #Fixate recipes for dinner... Stuffe Tried two new #Fixate recipes for dinner... Stuffed Shells with Fixate Marinara! I’ve made stuffed shells in the past, but they’ve always been filled with ricotta. I like that these are filled with meat instead.

Three shells account for 💚💚💛❤️💙🥄🥄, though I didn’t use as much spinach, so mine are more like one 💚. I would definitely make these again!

Weekends are definitely my “weak ends”. This w Weekends are definitely my “weak ends”. This weekend however is the final days of my #DietBet. I contributed to a pot to lose 4% in 4 weeks, roughly 5 lbs. I’ve MET that goal, but the final weigh-in isn’t until Monday/Tuesday, so I need to be on my A game to avoid weekend bloat so I can win my share of the pot. 🤑
