Welcome to Toning With Twins, a new blog I’ve been itching to create so I could share my experiences as a new mom, a twin mom, and a fit mom in training! I’m out to redefine “mom bod” and prove that just because I had twins doesn’t mean I’m destined for a life with baby weight and loose skin. I hope to be able to connect with, motivate, and inspire other moms along the way. We all have our ups and downs when it comes to health and fitness (cheat meal anyone?), but it’s all about finding that perfect balance.
I’m now 3 months postpartum, and while I effortlessly lost the 50 lbs I gained (thank you breastfeeding!), I would not consider myself by any means “fit” (yet).
