Last year, Easter was the girls’ first official holiday at 3 months old. I brainstormed Easter basket ideas early on, spent money on fancy Easter dresses, and dressed them up to visit the Easter bunny himself.
This year I forewent buying fancy dresses though and instead opted for comfy tee and pant sets, and their visit to the Easter bunny was also quite comfy.
In their baskets, they’re each getting two new summer outfits…
… along with summer shoes (now that they’re walking) and sunglasses! Because what summer outfit wouldn’t be complete without sunglasses, am I right?
Last but not least, they’re each getting Munckin Miracle 360 Trainer Cups. My girls are pros when it comes to drinking out of cups with straws, but we need to improve/encourage their sipping game.
Although they’re still a little too young to be excited for Easter, I do anticipate some enthusiasm when they see the bright colors of their baskets and presents and the joy of taking everything out of said baskets. Next year I’m hoping they’ll be at the age where I can take them to an Easter egg hunt. 😃
