Two weekends ago I officially completed phase 1 out of 3 of 80 Day Obsession. You may have read about my week 1 results, but today I’d like to share with you my 4-week phase 1 results.
At the beginning of the program, I weighed in at 137 lbs. After phase 1, I lost 1.2 lbs and 2.25 inches. I lost inches from my arms, waist, and thighs.
Although 1 lbs and 2 inches might not seem like drastic results, I found the most progress in the non-scale victories such as in the above progress photos and needing to buy heavier weights because my current weights were getting too light.
I am now halfway through phase 2, which of course I’ll share my results at the end of the phase. I’m a little nervous as I haven’t been on point with my nutrition like I was during phase 1, but committing to sharing my results, whether good, great, or bad will hold me accountable.
Your progress is great! I just wanted to post to say well done! I’m inspired! I’m finishing phase one tomorrow… doing it with three little ones: 8 Months, 3 Years and 5 Years! It really takes everything we have to do it! And i’m Really happy with my progress too. All the best, Kara
